I honestly cannot fault the customer service from Supagard. James M is first class. When a car purchase (Toyota) had an issue with dealer application which needed full corrective work, James sprang into action, took ownership of the issue and arranged for the car to be cleaned, prepped and the product, reapplied - where else would you receive such service?! We didn’t even need to contact the dealer - James did everything.

Fast forward to today and the attached photos show Supagard application by the brilliant team at Hyundai Croydon on my new car, which I collected today. The photos honestly do the finish no justice - Croydon did a super job and James M personally went the extra mile to visit and check the product was applied ok. To go above and beyond like that is truly special these-days.

I have experience in detailing and am extremely impressed with the finish and beading of Supagard and can only recommend the products - especially given the level of aftercare you receive’

May I add, the first car I reference at the beginning of this review (Toyota) was a huge challenge. James took it in his stride to step in and take control of the remedial work and I very much hope this message finds its way to Supagard management and James is recognised for the first class customer service he provided.
